How to Sew Tulle Skirt with Crystals

You will need:

• T-shirt (any your favorite color)
• 10 yards of Tulle (the same color of fabric or t-shirt under)
• Ribbon
• Thread
• Needle
• Pins
• Scissors
• Sewing machine

Cut your tulle into 5 lengths. This will depend on how long your skirt will be. Fold your tulle in half. Then fold it over.

Cut out 5 circles of tulle. Cut a straight line about 4 inches from the waist ( picture under). Cut your ribbon you want to do still the long size.

Cut a piece of parchment paper about 4 inches. This will go under your crystals and tulle so the glue will not stick on the table.
