You will need:

1. Men's Tshirt or large T-shirt.
2. 1/4 inch wide elastic
3. Scissors

First, Cut sleeves and collar. Cut about 4 inches down from the armhole of the back (in the Picture). The lower you go the more you show. So follow the steps to make under picture.
