How to Make a Moisturizer for Natural Hair

Does your hair ever feel very dry? If your regular conditioner isn't working to replenish your moisture, you probably need to add moisture back in with a deep treatment.

One way to go about this is to make your own. This hair mask will help your damaged, colored, unhealthy hair become soft, silky and shinier!

သဘာ၀နဲ႔ ဆံပင္ေပါင္းတင္နည္း


ကိုယ္ဆံပင္ကို သဘာ၀ေလးနဲ႔ ေပါင္းတင္ရင္ ပိုျပီးအဆင္ေျပမယ္လို႔ထင္ပါတယ္... အခုတင္ေပးထားတဲ့ ေပါင္းတင္နည္းဟာ အားလုံးအတြက္ လြယ္ကူစြာ ျပဳလုပ္ႏိုင္မယ့္နည္းေလးပါ...

ဒီေပါင္းတင္နည္းကို တလမွာ အနည္းဆုံး(2-3)ၾကိမ္အထိ ေပါင္းတင္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္.. ဒီနည္းကို သုံးၾကည့္တာနဲ႔ ကိုယ္ဆံပင္ ေပ်ာ့ေပ်ာင္းႏူးညံ့ျပီး ေတာက္ပလာတာကို ေတြ႕ျမင္လာလိမ့္မယ္... တခါသုံးၾကည့္တာနဲ႔ ၾကိဳက္သြားလိ္မ့္မယ္...


Ingredients:
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 3 Tbsp buttermilk
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
  1. Frist, mash banana, egg and avocado in a small bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
  3. Apply to hair from roots to tips.
  4. Leave in for 30 minutes and then wash out with a moisturizing shampoo.
  5. Double the recipe for long hair.
  6. Use twice a month to maintain healthy hair.
